Refund Policy
1. General Policy
We offer a 14-day refund period for new subscriptions, subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
- The request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase, and
- The Service has not been used, or only minimally used
3. Usage-Based Limitation
Because Cortimo incurs real-time costs from third-party AI providers for each request:
- Refunds will not be granted once significant usage has occurred
- "Significant usage" includes, but is not limited to:
- High volume of requests
- Consumption of a substantial portion of plan limits
- Activity indicating full or near-full use of the Service
We reserve the sole discretion to determine what constitutes significant usage.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The request is made after 14 days
- The Service has been significantly used
- There is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or attempt to circumvent usage limits
- The account violated our Terms of Service
5. Subscription Renewals
All subscription renewals are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation:
- Stops future billing
- Does not retroactively refund past payments
