Refund Policy

1. General Policy

We offer a 14-day refund period for new subscriptions, subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • The request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase, and
  • The Service has not been used, or only minimally used

3. Usage-Based Limitation

Because Cortimo incurs real-time costs from third-party AI providers for each request:

  • Refunds will not be granted once significant usage has occurred
  • "Significant usage" includes, but is not limited to:
    • High volume of requests
    • Consumption of a substantial portion of plan limits
    • Activity indicating full or near-full use of the Service

We reserve the sole discretion to determine what constitutes significant usage.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The request is made after 14 days
  • The Service has been significantly used
  • There is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or attempt to circumvent usage limits
  • The account violated our Terms of Service

5. Subscription Renewals

All subscription renewals are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation:

  • Stops future billing
  • Does not retroactively refund past payments

8. Processing

Approved refunds are processed via Lemon Squeezy and may take several business days.
